Admissions
Admission starts from February onwards. A child who has completed Two years six months by first April is eligible for admission to pre K.G. and likewise proportionately for higher classes.
The date of birth & Name of the pupil once entered in the application form and certified by the parent or guardian as correct will never be altered. The admission school fees and all other fees should be paid within the date scheduled.
FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Admission is based on the performance of the pupils in the entrance test. Pupils are tested in the following subjects:
Pre K.G., L.K.G: Discussion with parents and children
U.K.G:
- English alphabet (Capital & Small)
- Numbers
- II Language - Hindi / Tamil
Std I onwards:
- English
- Mathematics
- Tamil / Hindi
- A face to face discussion with parent is a must for all classes. Both the parents are required to be present at the time of the interview of the child
- Results of the entrance test will be published on the notice board within 3 days from the date of interview.
- Fees must be paid within 2 days from the date of the publication of results. Failure to pay the fees within the prescribed date will result in forfeiture of the seat. The classes will commence from the re-opening day of the school in June.
Fees payment dates for the academic year 2009-2010:
- Term I – 27/04/2009 – 30/4/2009
- Term II – 10/08/2009 – 12/08/2009
- Term III – 09/11/2009 – 11/11/2009
- Term IV – 09/02/20010 – 11/02/2010
- Fees will be collected between 9.00 a.m and 1.00 p.m only. Delay in payment of the fees will attract a fine of Rs. 10/- for every working day till the last working day of the month.
- Admission of the students to the school assumes complete acceptance of the rules and regulations of the school both by the student and the parent / guardian.
- Fees by default or once paid will not be adjusted or refunded. The amount should be paid in cash. (Cheques will not be accepted)
- Bus fees should be paid term wise.
- At the time of admission, the following certificates should be produced.
- Pre K.G: Birth Certificate (Original and a Xerox Copy)
- U.K.G: Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate & Conduct Certificate.
After Verification the original Birth Certificate will be returned to the Parents
HIGHER SECONDARY COURSES ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO STANDARD XI
Pass in matriculation examination CBSE / SSLC from the state board / ICSE / Anglo Indian School leaving certificate.
CBSE students should produce their certificates countersigned by the competent authority and also eligibility certification from the inspector of matriculation schools.
WITH DRAWALS
Transfer Certificates could be obtained on payment of Rs. 50/- along with the requisition letter submitted by 30th March of the academic year.
Transfer Certificates will be issued to the pupils only on producing NO DUE certificate from the office.
