BKR College of Engineering and Technology is situated in a sprawling campus on
the Chennai - Tirupathi highway, about 6 kilometers from temple city Tiruttani,
one of the famous abodes of Lord Subramaniya, has excellent and state-of-the-art
facilities like spacious and well-ventilated class rooms, digital class rooms
with audio-visual facilities, well-equipped laboratories, modern computer
laboratories, work shops and an excellent library with large collection of
latest text books, reference books and national and International journals. The
Library has also other high tech gadgets like educational CDs’, e-journals, etc.
The students are provided with 24-hour internet facility to enhance knowledge
updation and academic efficiency.
Knowledge and training are imparted through highly qualified, well-experienced
and a dedicated team of faculty members through contemporary and student-centric
approach. For knowledge updation, seminars and conferences are conducted in the
fully-equipped and modern seminar halls. Separate hostel facilities for boys and
girls are also available inside the campus itself. The college has a built-up
area of about 22000 sqm. |

In addition to the curricular activities, the college also provides the

value addition: N.S.S., Youth Red Cross Society, English Language Lab, Training
and Soft Skills Training through Placement Cell, Career Guidance, Regular
Seminars and Symposia through department associations.
Also the college provides health care services through qualified medical
personnel.The college’s Sports and Gymnasium Club extends necessary facilities
for the students to develop sound physique besides sound mind.
The fleet of luxurious and high–tech college buses provide comfortable, safe,
quick and economic mode of transport to the college from different points of
buzzing Chennai, Tiruvallur, Tiruttani and Arakkonam to the students on optional
